OUR REVIEW PHILOSOPHY
XPOBAZAAR.com is for expressing your honest opinions about your service experiences about local businesses. Do not be afraid to say what you think about these businesses! We welcome your passion, as it helps the millions of the visitors and members to know what a business is really about, and decide whether or not they want to visit.
We believe that XPOBAZAAR.com members should see the best, most relevant, thought provoking reviews (positive and negative) when they visit a business page. Our job is to show members those reviews, and not to show reviews that we deem to be inappropriate or a high enough level of quality.
However we value that members trust us with your thoughts and words and take our stewardship of storing your reviews seriously. We promise to always store your reviews and will never delete them – except for certain extreme situations, which are described below. Your thoughts and your words are yours, and we promise you we will always respect that.

Share Your Experiences
Everyone can rate a business. You just have to register for it so that you can get in contact with any questions or disagreements. Evaluations help both the companies that reflect their current position with the customer and the customers who want to get an idea of the company in advance with the help of the field reports.
Images
Images in reviews are fine (and sometimes hilarious) as long as they do not go against our guidelines in other ways but please, no nudity or graphic violence.
Only the Personal Experience Counts
You should only give a rating if you personally have a personal experience with the company. Do not write a rating on behalf of a friend or acquaintance. If the company wants to respond to your review, it should also appeal to the right person.
Please Rate in Detail
Write in the field report which services you have used at the company. And calmly use the large text field for it, because only detailed experience reports help the customers and the enterprises in such a way. A bad rating should best document your experience with photos, which you can upload to the rating.
Stay Friendly and Fair
Even if it did not work out so well – do not attack the company and avenge you with a bad rating. Everybody makes mistakes and may not be able to solve it immediately with the customer on site. Do not write personal information, such as. First name or last name or telephone numbers in the field report. Insults are absolutely unacceptable and lead to a deletion of the rating.

How to Leave a Review
Writing a review about a specific business is easy. To get stared, locate the business by using the Search bar.
1. Click on the business’ name to reach its profile page
2. On the business’ profile page, you will see a Submit Review button. Click this and follow the instructions to leave a review for this business.
3. Once you have submitted your review, the review will be posted instantly to our website.
INFORMATION FOR BUSINESS OWNERS
Reviews
The moment a review has been left about your company, a copy of the review will be instantly emailed to you. We will e-mail this to the contact e-mail address we hold for your company.
What About Bad Reviews Which I Think Are Untrue?
If you feel someone has posted a false or misleading review, please Contact Us and we will review its authenticity. We will contact the reviewer and ask them to properly justify his or her review and if they cannot substantiate their review to our satisfaction, the review will be removed from the XPOBAZAAR Business Directory website. It is very important that the reviews are honest and impartial and we will be monitoring this closely. All reviews are filtered and blocked if they contain bad language, sexually explicit references, religious or political content.
