Inhumane treatment ever, I generally have home visits from a vet. But he travelled for studies. My dog got sick and I noticed the changes these 5 days. I noticed it late as I am working full time and doing my exams in the evenings coming home late at 9pm . My baby, She had stopped eating and was weak. My house help explained this after I noticed her weakness. I took her to kombo vet and without touch or doing any tests they told me to go back to who was treating her. At least they could examine her ask for medical history /medication history. But they didn’t even lay a finger on her. Despite my efforts to explain the home visit vet is unavailable they didn’t listen. I was already frustrated and the The assistant was rude and told me the way my dog looks is a reflection of the owners treatment. He kept repeating 5days 5days and kept smirking like I’m lying my dog has been sick for more than 5 days . I went with my fraustrating and fear of loosing my baby and I was pushed to a corner to defend myself plus hear harsh comments. The owner instead of asking what’s wrong or comforting me as I was in tears told me they are not miracle workers and to go back to the vet that was treating the dog. At least they could have examined her and see if it’s above or below their work. But the fact that they didn’t care one bit if the dog lived or died was ruthless. Next time try to listen to your clients not just your staff. There is always two sides to a story and everyone deserves to be heard . I’ll tell the world how heatless you were to an innocent dog.
